  1. Of course. All information between doctors and patients are implicitly confidential. We will not use any of your information for any other purposes other than the required things we need to deliver quality patient care. Please see our Website Policies and Legal Disclaimer.
  2. Yes however the doctor has the option to provide you free consulation as he/she sees fit. Professional opinions of medical practioners takes time, effort and resources so it's only fair that they charge for the alloted service.
  3. That is the purpose of this website so that we can reach patients all around the globe 24x7. Just sign-up for free and you will be able to reach Dr. Ruben &/or Dr. Carmela for your consultation needs within the sites built-in support engine.
  4. There are some limitations on online consultation depending on the case under review. The doctor will inform you of such need if physical appointment maybe required to further provide you with the quality and accurate patient care.
  5. As of now, we don't sell medicines online. Contact us for assistance.
  6. The built-in support engine of this website will direct you on our payment gateways. We currently only accept PayPal payments.

  8. This site does not currently provide audio/video conferencing. Maybe in the near future.
